Client: City of Wheaton, MO

Project: Water system upgrades were needed. There was an unacceptable amount of water loss through leakage, inadequate storage capacity and areas of the system with poor pressure during certain times of day. The poor pressure was of consideable concern due to a lack of adequate fire suppression needs.

Description: The project has bid and is being constructed. New system improvements include 25,400 linear feet of new 4" and 6" PVC pipe, 13 new fire hydrants, 120’ stand pipe, as well as all necessary valves and meters.
SPECIAL FEATURES
• Tracer wire is being installed on all new distribution piping for ease of future locate needs
• Funding provided by USDA Rural Development Loan and a small portion of grant money. 

Client: Jasper County Public Water Supply District #1

Project: New water well and 500,000 gallon tower

Description: Because of system expansions to serve new customers, Jasper County PWSD #1 was in need of additional water supply and storage. In order to serve the new customers, TSE assisted in locating and acquiring land for a new 1,500 foot well and 500,000 gallon elevated storage tank. TSE designed the new system features and the project is constructed.
