Municipal Street Projects

Hall Street
Webb City, MO

For Webb City, MO, TSE designed roadway improvements for approximately 1.4 miles of Hall Street. Hall Street is a north-south corridor with traffic that includes industrial, educational and bypass uses. The street was in significant disrepair. TSE’s design solutions included two intersections and two vertical curves that will be leveled out for improved sight distance. The entire length will be milled and used in new pavement overlay. TSE also negotiated right-of-way for the project with local citizens. This project is currently under construction.

Howard Bush Drive
Neosho, MO

TSE designed plans for the extension of Howard Bush Drive from the Industrial Park north to Rte. 60. This new roadway provides an improved truck access point to Route 60 at a new signalized intersection and eliminates a dangerous at-grade crossing with the Kansas City Southern Railroad. This 3000’ long extension was funded by a CDBG economic development grant and a MoDOT cost share agreement. The extension was designed to minimize impacts to an existing 16” D.I. pressure sewer along the corridor. The intersection at Route 60 is currently under construction.
