Kentucky Street Drainage
Client: City of Joplin, MO
Project: A new storm sewer system to alleviate flooding problems along Kentucky Street between 7th and 10th Streets in Joplin, MO.
Description: The project replaced an existing stone and concrete box drainage structure with an 8’ x 5’ pre-cast RCB. Also installed was a storm water collection system through 4 intersections with approximately 30 inlets. This new system provides relief for a 25-year storm event.
