Steve Lett and Charlie Miller started Tri-State Engineering in 1979, offering civil engineering and land surveying services. The current staff numbers thirty-one persons, including seven professional engineers, two engineering interns and four land surveyors. Tri-State Engineering Management Team

		Steven K. Lett, P.E., P.L.S. Steve serves as the CEO of Tri-State Engineering and leads the Management Team. His specialties include forensic engineering and mediation/arbitration disputes.
		Clayton Cristy, P.E. Clayton serves as the President of Tri-State Engineering, overseeing the day to day operations of the firm. His specialties include transportation, municipal infrastructure, and commercial site development.
		Steven G. Lewis, P.L.S. Steve serves as the Executive Vice-President of Tri-State Engineering, managing the survey and other professional staff. His specialties include land, engineering and construction surveying.
		Jerald Norton, P.E. Jerald serves as a Vice-President of Tri-State Engineering, managing the engineering staff. His specialties include hydrology, storm water management and residential subdivision design.
		Chris Cochran, P.E. Chris serves as a Vice-President of Tri-State Engineering and is the Operations Manager for the Claremore branch office. His specialties include water and wastewater systems, storm water management and municipal engineering.

Tom serves as a Project Engineer with over 31 years of experience. His specialties include water and wastewater systems, site development, and storm water management.

Jerry Bradley, P.E.
Jerry serves as a Project Engineer with over 40 years of experience. He is a transportation specialist having worked as a Design Engineer for the Missouri Department of Transportation for 31 years before coming to TSE.

Shaun McConaughey, E.I.
Shaun serves as an Engineer Intern and is gaining knowledge and skills to apply in all facets of Civil Engineering. He works under the guidance of several Project Engineers.

Ryan Pierce, E.I.
Ryan serves as an Engineer Intern and is gaining knowledge and skills to apply in all facets of Civil Engineering. He works under the guidance of several Project Engineers. Ryan also assists operations in our Claremore, Oklahoma office.

Rodney Madson, P.L.S.
Rodney serves as a Survey Project Manager with over 21 years of experience. He has knowledge in various categories of surveying including land, engineering and construction surveys.

Bill Webb, P.L.S.
Bill serves as the Survey Project Manager for the Claremore, Oklahoma office. He has 12 years of surveying experience with knowledge in land, engineering and construction surveys.

Phil serves as a support professional in helping negotiate Right-of-Way and Easement Acquisitions for transportation and utility projects.
