As community landscapes change, site development projects are some of the most exciting and recognizable projects in which TSE is involved. In preparation for a new development, TSE works with developers, contractors, Planning and Zoning, Public Works and others to make sure that utilities, drainage, parking, access, etc., are properly designed. Frequently, TSE assists with the development of entire commercial corridors, industrial complexes or residential subdivisions, large and small. Over time, a body of highly visible projects make it evident that TSE is in the business of designing better communities.
