Construction Observation
El Dorado Springs Industrial Park Road
El Dorado Springs, MO
Tri-State Engineering completed design and inspection for a 1400' extension of the East Industrial Park Roadway to provide access to new industries. The 36' wide roadway consists of 8" concrete pavement and 6" integral curbs. This project, which was completed with Missouri CDBG funds, provided economic development and truck access to the new industrial development.
Missouri-American Water Company
Newton County, MO
TSE preformed construction observation for the Missouri American Water Company of over 80 miles of new water lines and five new deep wells in Newton County. Inspection included a river crossing at Shoal Creek for a 12” water main. TSE Construction Inspectors oversaw the crossing, which utilized 315’ of USI-Flex (Ball & Socket) Ductile Iron Pipe.

Pineville, MO
TSE completed water system design updates for the City of Pineville. Improvements include a new deep well, a pump house and a new 300,000 gallon standpipe. Other system enhancements include linking the new supply with the current system, extending the water system south to the Haven Hurst Subdivision and replacing more than two miles of aging water main located in the original distribution system.
Diamond Water System
The EPA is providing funding for an extension of the City of Diamond’s public water system to supply potable water to areas adjacent to the City that have shallow ground water contamination from previous lead and zinc activities. The project involves the construction of a 250,000-gallon tower, deep well and pump house, and approximately eight miles of water main, installed in private easements.
